According to an article published on the industry website FastCasual.com, restaurants are expected to add 428,000 jobs this summer season, a 4.6 percent increase over the March 2010 employment level.

Our Nashville Bartending School

what other job than bartending do you know of that you get paid to have fun? That would be being the director of a bartending school! Every year, PBSA has a national leadership conference. This year it is in Baltimore, Maryland and we plan on having a lot of fun when we are not learning about improving the way we do things! Check out this video slideshow below:

Derek Jones – PBSA Flair Instructor

Derek Jones learned flair in the "old school" days at the Professional Bartending School of Cincinnati along with Roger Oldham. Roger began competing in 1993 and Derek's first competion was 1994. Since then Derek has competed in Legends, Quest, Bartenders in Paradise, Showtenders and many more. Derek is now a successful bar owner and was recently on the cover of City Beat doing a spectacular fire show.
