TOLEDO BARTENDING SCHOOL BLOG – Bartending can make you a believer.

The job market being what it is, I’m talking to people all the time now:  recent college grads, furloughed office workers, retirees looking for extra income and excitement, or construction workers in the off-season.   And I tell them, bartending is truly one of those rare ventures that can ‘stir up’ your career without a huge time and money investment.
Seriously.  Where else do you get to make new friends—or meet old ones, every single night?  Where else are you paid well ($100-$200 a day) to create good times for yourself and everyone around you?  Where else can you grab the spotlight in some of the most happening places in town?
Here at Toledo Bartending Schools, we’ve placed people at spots like Bretz, Metropolis, Murphy’s Place, The Village Idiot, and clubs throughout the Warehouse District.  And they always come back saying they can’t believe they get paid to do this.
Bartending also offers flexible hours you can fit around school, as well as a full- or part-time day job.  All that with just some very simple, affordable training.
Okay.  So, as founder and director of Toledo Bartending Schools—one who’s seen hundreds of success stories, I can’t help but make this pitch.  If you’re ready for a change, and even thinking about bartending, give it a whirl.  It costs little to learn, but pays off big-time in terms of income and job satisfaction.  Plus, with the summer months approaching things are really heating up for this recession-proof profession.  Now how cool is that?  Call us and see for yourself.

Great post! We agree that bartending is a great way to earn cash with little investment on the education to perform the job. Most bartenders attend school, and then apply what they’ve learned while working in a bar or restaurant. Definately a great post to support the education, however little, that is required to become a great bartender!
