    Derek Jones learned flair in the "old school" days at the Professional Bartending School of Cincinnati along with Roger Oldham. Roger began competing in 1993 and Derek's first competion was 1994. Since then Derek has competed in Legends, Quest, Bartenders in Paradise, Showtenders and many more.
